About Velova Subscriptions
Velova offers a Subscribe & Save program that automatically delivers your chosen bundle at your selected frequency (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months) with a 20% discount on every order.
How It Works
When you select “Subscribe & Save” at checkout, you’ll receive your chosen bundle on a recurring basis at your selected frequency. Your card will be charged automatically before each shipment ships, at the discounted subscriber price.
Pricing
Subscribers receive 20% off the regular price of their chosen bundle on every order, including the first. This discount continues for as long as your subscription remains active.
Billing
You will be charged each time a new subscription order is processed, according to your selected delivery frequency. Your payment method on file will be used for each renewal. You’ll receive an email confirmation before each upcoming charge.
Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. You can:
• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Change your delivery frequency (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months)
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Pause your subscription
• Cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect immediately and no future charges will be made. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our return policy.
Refunds
If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been processed, that shipment will still be sent. We do not offer refunds on shipped subscription orders, but you may return unused product according to our standard return policy.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email before taking effect. Continued participation in the subscription program after changes constitutes acceptance.
